The retro flip is making a comeback and celebrities, young and old, can’t get enough of it! But gone are the days of massive 60’s bouffant flips. The new version is given a modern makeover where the ends of your hair are curled subtly. Doing this can give the layers of any dull bob some chic lightness to it.

Achieving the flip ‘do is pretty simple. After washing and drying your hair, spray it up with your favorite hairspray. Then, section your hair and flip it outward using a large-barrel curling iron. Make sure your hair has completely cooled before breaking up the curves to get that natural look at the ends. A round brush and blow dryer can also do the trick if you don’t have a handy curling iron.
